Product Information
All items are priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
As the website is still in it’s initial phase, it will only be used as a browsing catalog for the time being. Please contact us should you decide to purchase the items.
As our photos go through photo editing, the colours may not reflect the exact colours shown on the photos. However, we strive to provide you with the best quality products that are as close to the colours in the pictures as possible.
Please note that for CUSTOM items, the minimum waiting time is 2 weeks. Kindly order in advance to avoid disappointment.
All products are checked thoroughly before being packed and shipped out to you. Should you discover a damage in the product, please take a photo of it and send it to mandacreatescrafts@gmail.com and we will attend to you shortly.
Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
Strictly no refunds, returns or exchanges for Custom/Bespoke Items, please understand that because it is a custom design, it is not possible to do any returns, refunds or exchanges.
Custom/Bespoke Items will be communicated between creative and client to ensure that the item that is created will be satisfactory.
For items that are not custom made, please send us a picture if the item is unsatisfactory or if it is damaged / print is off / paint did not stay. We will look at it from a case by case basis.
Payment Details
Kindly note that payment as of this moment, payment is offline, the website is used to serve as a browsing catalog.
For information on how to make payment, when you are sending in orders to mandacreatescrafts@gmail.com, we will then advise payment details. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Shipping
All postage charges are a flat rate to ONE stipulated address. should you require the items to be shipped to different addresses, please state so in your email order.
Shipping Fees cover packing, manpower and also delivery of course!
Standard Normal Mailing: $2 - $3 depending on weight of item (3-5 working days)
Registered Mailing: $4 - $5 depending on weight of item (1-3 working days with tracking available)
Please note that we will not be responsible for any lost of items should you choose normal mail.
In the event that the address provided is wrong, or if there are unclaimed packages, the customer will have to bear the cost of shipping before items are being shipped out again. The postage above will then apply.
